if you get option 3 with your choice of software actively running (teams, google meet, etc) then you have succeeded. ​

if you can only get option one (please note the trial software runs then gives an output, you'll need to run the program again to get a different outcome) then go to advanced troubleshooting.​

try and run the software again by double clicking on it.

If it fails to load any message from windows or your antivirus try right clicking on the "Trial.zip" folder and selecting the option to extract all. this should create the folder: "Trial" open it and try and run the trial.exe within.
​
IF this fails to work, delete these downloaded trial folders and attempt to redownload the software. then repeat the steps.
​
If this still fails to work check if your antivirus has quarantined the driver and create an exception for it.

then try and run the software again
